2010 Ski Season is Here!

The 2010 Ski Season is here- and I'll bet you received skis, boards, boots and even season passes last week. But how many of you have Mountain Property in Colorado and travel in from out-of-state? Those of you who DON'T would be amazed at how many folks do!

What a pain it is to fly into Denver DIA, ride a shuttle to car rental row, wait in line to get whatever car they have left (no matter what you reserved)and pay WAY more than you should have to for the privilege. Well, I want to be sure you know that you have a choice. Ever heard of long-term off-airport parking?

Companies like mine exist to serve customers who cannot get what they need/want from the airport lots themselves, like long-term annual parking rates. There is no reason to pay full rack rate to leave a car at the airport for the times when you and your family, or your friends, come to stay at your property. That's where WE come in.

USAirport Parking offers annual rates that come in quite reasonably against our competitors. For example, you can leave your car, truck or SUV on our lot and pay about $4/day* for open parking and $8/day* for Covered. Our VALET service is complimentary for annual customers!

You can check out our web pages for details, or feel free to call 24/7/365 and our friendly staff can help you order... heck, you can even order via phone and fax us the forms!

*- rates are rounded for illustration and are actually a few cents more.

We are always glad to have you with US!

What do our customers say?

At USAirport Parking WE think we are the BEST around. What do our customers say?

We parked for 4 days and when we went to pickup our car the night of 10/13 the battery was dead because we had left the interior dome light on. We were really bummed but called the parking lot number and a very nice lady came right out and jumped our car and we were on the road in 10 minutes. Great service!! - M. W. 10/26/2009

I moved to US Airport Parking from WallyPark at DIA for a few reasons. 1) Your parking is organized, there is always a shuttle waiting for me when I park and when it s pick up time from the terminal. 2) Your drivers speak fluent english... - J. T. 10/2/2009

Amazing. While in Canada, I washed my parking locator slip. USAirport Parking found my car and emailed me the information. I can t thank them enough. I will always park here. - C.W. 9/25/2009

I have tried many of the parking facilities in the DIA area and have found yours to be the best. I will continue to use you. - C.M. 9/25/2009

Since 2006 I was in the air every week and drove right to the airport garage- top level, same row. When budget cuts hit in 08 I tried USAirport- it was faster than parking at DIA and walking in! In fact, when the company laid us off in dozens, I like USAirport so much, I took a job there! - M.M. 7/17/2009

...used this lot for the first time in May 2009. I have only one thing to say. I WAS IMPRESSED! great service, great people, will use again. - F.Z. 7/6/2009

...if someone is coming (from) out of town to this airport, where would I pick them up? should I park at the usairport parking? - M/C/ 6/23/2009
Management's Response: Absolutely! You can park with US and ride our shuttle to DIA- and return with your visitors. That is a great way to save... enjoy their visit!

We used USAirport the first time in April. Pulled a ticket and hit the airport in about 5 minutes. We returned and got right on a shuttle and picked up our car, in about 5 minutes. Awesome. Never will walk around the airport parking lot again! - M/W/ 5/24/2009

So, don't take MY word for it, listen to these actual customers and give US a try. You'll be glad you did!

And feel free to post YOUR story on our feedback page. Thanks!

Valet Parking in Colorado

Last time you traveled back home to Denver International Airport in what we call "winter," I'll bet you were welcomed to a cold car, cold seat and most-likely some ice/snow on your windows. What can you do? Well, there's covered parking, but maybe a better solution exists.

Valet Parking is a great good solution to the cold problem. When you arrive at DIA and board the parking shuttle bus, the driver will call your Valet ticket number in via radio and your car will be ready, waiting, warmed-up and brushed/scraped when you arrive back at the parking lot. No more cold seats, no more scraping your windows or waiting to warm-up the oil... we have already done that for you! Now, that's a solution!

But wait, you say the airport lot won't do that, or the airport valet costs too much? Well that's where off-airport parking comes in. Lots that are not paying rent to the city/airport offer lower rates, higher service and more options because we CAN. What does that mean to you? Better service, reasonable rates, valet, oil changes, and more.

Check out our website to see the "gold standard" for off-airport parking at Denver International Airport (DIA). Then compare to the rest, and try the best. And those dozens of you are already hooked on Valet, post a comment and tell us what you think!

Remember- Valet is worth a little more, especially on a cold morning arrival!

Holiday Travel from Denver

Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat! Dreidel dreidel dreidel I made it out of clay. How many candles are lit on your Kwanzaa decorations?

OK, maybe you aren't one of those "early deal" shoppers, but I am willing to bet that your holiday TRAVEL plans are made, booked and ready-to-go. But wait, what did you forget? Oh yah, airport parking!

No one thinks about it until they are ready to go, but how are you getting to Denver International Airport for your holiday trip: neighbors, friends, family, shuttle, RTD bus... driving yourself? Well driving yourself makes a lot of sense when you are more than a few miles away from the airport, especially when everyone you know is busy with their own holiday plans.

Go ahead, drive yourself. It makes a lot of sense- you already have enough to coordinate with the family, packing and all the details so why bother bringing a driver into the mess as well? You leave when you want, park where you want and drive home when you return... the only traffic jam is in your doorway at 6AM.

Here's the best part, if you shop wisely you can save big bucks on parking. The (DIA) Denver airport has almost 50,000 spots, and you will pay dearly for them and get little or no service. Heck, they don't even have coupons! But off-airport- true off-airport parking offers service, coupons, discounts, help and more. Take USAirport Parking as an example... we offer FREE reservations and we don't even ASK for a credit card- so when you get to the lot, you aren't turned away- or sent 10 miles down the road to a REMOTE lot behind the UPS facilities where the buses seem to take forEVER to get there!

Click through to our site to see all the details, FAQs and discounts/coupons for your holiday trip- that's right- our coupons are good even during the holidays!

Go for it- you deserve it!

Mountain Property owners can stop renting cars!

How many of you have Mountain Property in Colorado and travel in from out-of-state? Those of you who DON'T would be amazed at how many folks do!

Long Term Airport Parking

So, when I park at the airport for along trip, why can't I get a discount? After all, I only drive in once, and exit once yet they have my car held hostage for 7, 10, 15 days or more! Those of you who travel for extended periods of time know what I'm talking about.

Here's a simple solution: park off-airport and $AVE! Beside offering door-to-door pickup, lower rates and actually providing extreme Customer Service... off-airport lots often have long-term rates. These amount to discounts for exactly what I mentioned above: we don't pick you up, transport you and handle your luggage more than once each way, so we can offer a lower rate.

At USAirport Parking for DIA (DEN airport) we offer a pre-paid monthly rate. You pay on your way out for an entire month but here's the key: we only charge you for 16 days. You get unlimited ins and outs (great if you take several trips in the same 31 day period!) and pay about half the posted rate for Uncovered parking. Should there be a storm coming in, you can choose Covered parking at a higher price, but still at a discounted rate that comes in about the cost of parking on the open lot. Not bad, eh?

But wait, there's more! If you travel all the time, every week/month all year long, you can pay for a year. Then we only charge for 10 months of the discounted rate so you save even more. It's like paying $4/day* for open parking or $8 bucks a day* for covered. And get this, we offer VALET at NO CHARGE to our Annual Customers... that saves you another $4/day! Now THAT"S added value!

OK, you've probably tried the rest... now try the very BEST! USAirport Parking at DIA. We Want Your Car!

Thank You!

Thanks to everyone who parked at USAirport Parking last week over the Thanksgiving Holiday!

You are our bread & butter and we are always glad to have you on the lot. Please take a moment to visit the website and give us your feedback, good or not-so-good, so that we can continue to improve on our first-class service- even during the peak travel season! Without your comments and feedback we have a difficult time making corrections and introducing new services.

So again, I want to take the time to thank you and invite you back for your next business trip... or your holiday travel in the next month.

Denver Airport lots are staying FULL

Pikes Peak, Mt Elbert and both DIA "economy" lots are full. Exit at Tower Rd and go North to USAirport Parking. We have almost 2,000 spots open today, more than all the other off-airport lots have anyway! We have space for you...#USAP

Local News doing a crap job

by just stating the PROBLEM yet giving absolutely NO SOLUTION. OK, so we know now that the DIA Airport Parking lots are full but what the HE## are we supposed to do about it?!

Here's your solution- plain and simple: off-airport parking lots. There are 3 near DIA and the largest in the WORLD has about 3,000 open spots right now and 700 of them are covered spaces! All can be VALET and all offer EXTREME CUSTOMER SERVICE. And all of them are much closer and faster than Mt Elbert (which is nearly in Kansas!).

And HEY, if you are worried, make a FREE RESERVATION on-line right here and you won't get turned away.

Next time (December travel?) don';t listen to or watch the news... just go here when you are printing your boarding passes! You'll be glad you did...

Airport Parking Reservatons

Traveling for Thanksgiving or Christmas or Hanuka? As you probably know, those are peak times for airports, airlines and yes- parking lots! Don't be left on the road. Make your FREE reservation today!

Airport lots themselves rarely (never?!) take reservations or guarantee spaces, especially at peak times. But off-airport lots are GLAD to have you and will hold your space. Check out the website for your favorite lot- and see how to do it. Some charge you upfront- some charge a portion, and some, like USAirport Parking in Denver charge you NOTHING to reserve your spot!

Why would we take a reservation at no cost? Well, it's a customer service thing. That and we don't want your credit card and personal information on our website- that's our little way of protecting your identity. You can thank us later!

Simply hit this link, make your choices and print out your confirmation... drive to the lot and even if the FULL signs are lit- show your confirmation and YOU ARE IN! we REALLY do want your car when you travel!

Any questions? Here's a link to FAQ... notice RESERVATIONS are first! Or call the office ANYTIME at 1-866-PARKING or 303-371-7575. We're here 24/7 to make your travel as EASY as we can- unlike TSA, the airlines and even DIA airport. Give US a try, you'll be glad you did!

Denver Airport Parking Tips

Ever noticed that by the time you drive ALL THE WAY out to DIA, the parking lot signs say FULL much of the time? Then you must drive around and around the garage to find an open spot to parking in, and walk into the terminal fighting your luggage all they way. Often takes about 15 precious minutes of your time! Today is no exception!

Here's an idea: get off Pena Blvd at Tower Rd and go NORTH to the first turn and USAirport Parking. We have 8,000 spots (about 4,000 open today!) including Covered and Valet parking. Our crew will direct you to an open spot right where the shuttle bus is picking up. The drivers help with luggage and then drop you off right at curbside check-in. It takes as little as 7 minutes! Wow, could it be any easier?

Best off all, when you come home, you get all the same treatment in reverse- dropping you off right at your car! It doesn't get much better than that! And if your battery is dead or tires are low, our crew will fix you up at no extra charge. Try getting THAT at DIA!

So, don't beg friends and family to drive you to DIA. After all it could cost your friendship- or your marriage- after they spend a couple hours each way! Hit the website and print off a coupon, join the Frequent Parker Club or our Corporate Discount Program (if you qualify) and skip all the Pain on Pena... because We ROCK!

OK Colorado, "Fall Break" is over, so let's get down to business; or as Gary would say, "Grab your bag- it's on"!

We'll also give you a punch card to earn FREE PARKING along the way... just 30 days of paid parking yields $45 in FREE PARKING for your next family trip. Heck, we'll even let you use it over the holidays!

And remember- your bags ride FREE on USAirport Parking shuttles!

Too many dollars and not enough sense?

Did you ever notice that a LOT of people drive right to the airport, pay their outrageous pricing without discounts or coupons, and miss out on great service and money saving options? Why is that? Let's explore... in our case Denver (DIA).

It is very easy in most cases to drive right to the airport- there are signs all over town, on the highways, on the freeways, even on the tollways! In Denver the airport controls the access roads and does not allow off-airport parking to have signs, billboards or other reminders/locators to help our customers find US. The airport likes being a government agency when THEY get the benefit! Nice gig, huh?! I know that it is very much the same in most other towns, too.

Common Fallacy: it is faster to drive right to the airport. NOT! BY the time you actually drive 5-7 miles further to DIA parking, drive around looking for a space (notice that 3 out of 4 levels in the garage seem to be stuck on FULL) then walk to the terminal building and actually get to the check-in line it can take 20 minutes or more, and that's on a clear, dry day.

BETTER ALTERNATIVE: Exit Pena Blvd early- at Tower Rd- and save time- and money. Using our Off-airport lot we can get you to curbside check-in with time to spare; usually 15 minutes or less. Plus we'll guide you to an open space, help with your luggage (bags ride FREE on USAirport Shuttles!) and give you a locator slip that shows where you left your car for a speedy return. Reverse that on your return and you get the idea- great service, great price. ANd if you need a jump-start or tire inflation... those are FREE as well!

So, why do people drive all the way to DIA, and by-pass the off-airport savings? I guess they just have too many dollars- and not enough sense! Go figure...

Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet...

The Postal Service USED to have a "slogan" about nothing keeping the mailman from his appointed rounds. Well anyone living in Colorado knows that is basically a bunch of bull hooey! Remember 2006? I can't remember how many days we went without mail delivery- but it was several days!

So I guess the point today, as I sit at home because I just couldn't see spending a couple hours in the car EACH WAY today to go sit in the office, is to make sure YOU know that USAirport Parking IS actually open 24/7/366. It doesn't matter if we have rain, or snow or even an earthquake- if you need to pick-up your car... we are here. If you need to park and fly... we are here. If your flight gets canceled don't worry about a reservation- we will miss you, but we know you will be back for your next flight!

And speaking of weather- we have some options for you: 1) you can self-park your car in our Covered spaces and avoid the ice and snow; 2) you can use our Valet Service and we will park your car, Covered or Uncovered, and when you return we will have it brushed or scraped, warmed up and heated (if you choose) and ready to go. Options are good- especially in Colorado weather!

Don't fret about the weather. We have you Covered- for LE$$!

Holidays? Already? Make a reservation today

Oh no, it's almost Halloween. You KNOW what that means- Christmas is coming like a runaway train!

OK, maybe you aren't one of those "early deal" shoppers, but I am willing to bet that your holiday TRAVEL plans are made, booked and ready-to-go. But wait, what did you forget? Oh yah, airport parking!

No one thinks about it until they are ready to go, but how are you getting to Denver International Aiport for your holiday trip: neighbors, friends, family, shuttle, RTD bus... driving yourself? Priceline Travelers $AVE on Parking

Priceline... it's great huh? I love William Shatner and his odd karate moves! Gone are the days when you entered your info and got a flight that was at 3AM or to an airport on the wrong side of the SF bay. In fact, a few weeks ago I had to fly to Cali for a nephew's wedding and when I went into SWA, Frontier and UAL they had all gone up to over $225 R/T. But when I went into Priceline, I was able to get the $169 price just before the fees went up- again. Sweet!

But here's something you may NOT know... it doesn't matter how or where you book your flights, OFF-AIRPORT PARKING will $AVE you money on your next trip! Flying OUT of Denver? WE want YOUR CAR on our lot... USAirport Parking lot, that it.

Here are the benefits to YOU: 1) exit Pena Blvd at Tower Rd, about 4 miles earlier than the DIA concourse, and end the "Pain on Pena" early; 2) You will be directed to an open space and be picked up right at your car... and given a locator slip to easily find you car upon return; 3) when you return you will be dropped off right at your car, not at a bus stop 3 rows and 20 spaces away!; 4) we have coupons, swipe card discounts and reasonable prices even if you forget your coupons; 5) FREE PARKING is earned with every paid day when you join our FREE Frequent Parker Program. Well, that certainly is enough to convince any reasonable person... But wait- we also provide 6) FREE jump-starts; 7) FREE tire inflation and 8) FREE Newspapers!

That is one heckuva Top 8 list (see the Top TEN on our home page)!

You've tried the rest, and even the airport itself- now try the BEST! We'll be GLAD to have you with US!

Frontier Travelers Save on pre-flight Parking

Frontier Airlines has survived, and those of you who actually bought a "fare sale" ticket will now need a place to park before your trip. Never fear, USAirport Parking is Here!

Like a SuperHero, US is ready to $ave you from airport parking lot price gouging, local competitors who provide less-than-awesome "customer service" and most-importantly, to help you NOT have to ask family and friends to drive you to DIA and pick you up after your trip (talk about rubbing it in!). That's the trifecta of airport parking, without the bets and risk!

Fall Break travel in your future? Leave your car with US- it's safe, secure, well-lit and we are staffed 24/7 with friendly and efficient drivers and cashiers. And, we strive to provide ALL our travelers with EXTREME customer service.

We know you have choice in airport parking- some are good, some are nor, others are stellar- and we appreciate your choosing US... We are leading the fight for truth, justice and the American way!

United Airlines business travel deals?

Are you flying on United for your next business trip? Good for you! Now, how do you make up for the fees and extra costs they are going to charge you? $ave on your airport parking!

Airports make you think they are the only place to park- at the "bargain rates" that they set. Off-airport parking is the best-kept secret in the travel business. You can $ave some serious cash by avoiding the airport lots and using folks like USAirport Parking in Denver.

Look for things like corporate discounts, frequent parker programs, coupons that are good on VALET as well as open & covered spaces. Be sure you don't PAY extra to join any programs- ours are always FREE to you!

Take minute and search the web for your local off-airport lots. They may not be as large as US, but they offer some great deals for business travelers! See you on YOUR next trip!

Tuesday, October 13, 2009

FlyDenver? OK, but go HERE for Parking!

Flying out of DENVER soon? I hope you were able to cash in BEFORE the airlines had theose "fare sales" which didn't help ME out at all! In fact, I was waiting for the "fare sales" to END so I could book my Cali tickets. Seems like that's the curse of having family in Cali- the sales never apply! But hey, we'll talk about that another time.

Anyway, there's a cool site called www.flydenver.com that is actually the official DIA airport site. You can go there and see in near-real-time what parking lots are OPEN and more importantly, which lots are FULL or even Nearing Capacity.

Best part is, you don't have to drive ALL THE WAY to DIA on your next trip. When you see the "Economy" or "Pikes Peak" lots are FULL- simply exit Pena Blvd at TOWER ROAD, then go north to USAirport Parking. You will $ave money, and time... plus you will have a better experience as you start your trip.

Now, there is NO EXCUSE to drive all the way to DIA, only to see FULL signs lit up red, and have to back track out to Tower Road and find US that way. WE are here to HELP. Don't drive by- STOP by, and see for yourself. We rock- for YOU!

Monday, October 12, 2009

Faster, Better, Cheaper!

What is faster, better and cheaper than parking at the airport? You guessed it- off-airport parking!

Think about it: last time you flew out of DIA (DEN) you drove alllll the way up Pena Blvd to the parking entrance; you drove around the garage for 5-10 minutes looking for a spot (that you can remember when you return!); you dragged your luggage another 3-5 minutes to the terminal and found out you were on the wrong level for curbside checkin; you took the escalator up to level 6 and waited in a looooong line to check your bags before finally going to wait in the security lines. Wow- that took what, about 30 minutes?

Compare that experience to USAirport Parking: we are on Tower Road (10 minutes sooner than the airport); we guide you to a space; load your bags on the bus and drive you to curbside check-in; you wait maybe 2 minutes and voila- your are ready for the security line. Total time? About 17 minutes! Yikes, you just saved about 15 precious minutes that you can spend in the security line!

And what about your choices for off-airport parking? Well in Denver, you have 3 that are scattered about the area between I-70/32nd ave, 56th and Tower and 81 and Tower. (You also have an on-site choice buried in the rental car area). I have ridden on all 4 of these providers, and I have to honestly tell you that there is probably 2-3 minutes difference between them. The real issue is how long you wait on the lot until the shuttle bus heads to DIA.

Being the largest lot with the most buses, USAirport tends to get you out the gate a little bit faster. And then, being right off Pena, we tend to get to DIA a little bit sooner (don't be fooled by the proximity of the car rental loop. All those stop lights and turn-a-rounds take a long time to navigate!)

But the key lies in which lot provides the service you like best: FREE newspapers, FREE tire inflation, FREE jump-starts, FREE Parking after 30-paid days (FREE to join!), corporate discounts, and EXTREME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You've tried the slowest, park with US next time and see the difference!

FREE Parking- not just in Monopoly anymore!

No such thing as a free lunch... nothing in life is free... you've heard them all! Well, I'm here to tell you that Monopoly is not the only place you can get FREE Parking- with a USAiport Parking Frequent Parker Card, you earn FREE Parking with every day you stay near DIA!

Just like airline miles, you earn credit (a punch on your card) for every day you pay to park at USAirport Parking, even if you use a coupon or other discount. But here's the key- NO Blackout dates, No Expiration and we will NEVER send you a list of magazines that you can order to use up your credits! Just this past weekend we had several folks redeem their punch cards for FREE Parking, and the cards they had been using were nearly 10 years old! Now, that's value.

Do you have a punch card but forgot it on that last trip? No problem- just send in your receipt and the punch card, and we'll give your punches to you and send the card back. Or you can do it on your next trip as well. We've issued over 935,000 cards in 11 years, both new requests and replacements for full cards. Don;t worry, we have some cards for you, too! Sign up today...

$AVE on Parking with Monthly and Annual

We know many folks who travel every week- sometimes twice in the same week- and they pay, and pay, and pay to park at the airport. A fair number of people around the country have vacation homes/property in the Colorado mountains, and keep renting and renting and... well, you get it. How can they save even MORE on airport parking?

Try USAirport Parking's Monthly or Annual prepaid parking service! With our monthly prepaid parking, you pay for about 16 days and get unlimited ins/outs for 31 days. That's almost HALF-OFF the regular Uncovered rate. You don't even want to know what it would cost to park like this at Denver Airport! Plus we can keep the keys for you so you don't have to worry about losing them.

Take that a step further, and stop renting cars during peak seasons at DIA when you come to ski or enjoy the summer mountains at your vacation property. You pre-pay for a year at $1500; again you get unlimited ins/outs, we'll handle the keys for you (and if you like, check them out to friends and family- or co-workers- who may be in CO to rent your property) and now you only pay for 10 months of the discounted rate above Your effective cost goes down to about $4 per day! Now taxes, no hidden or add-on fees- just a plain-talking, simple rate that you can count on for a year. That adds up to about 2 weekly rentals in ski season... and we are almost NEVER SOLD OUT. And both options are available for Covered parking at a slightly higher cost.

You want options? We got 'em! You want to save on airport parking? We help you! Aren't we awesome?! Just kidding- sort of!

DIA Garages are FULL

WOW! A week from Thanksgiving and folks are traveling? I guess a lot of you were able to get "fare sale" tickets on SWA or Frontier for FALL, and that is causing full lots AT the Denver airport. The DIA lots are filling up fast, in fact BOTH garages are already FULL right now! Don't belive me? Check their website for lot status.

Here's the thing- you can drive ALL the way to the airport, drive around in circles looking for a spot and then WALK 5 more minutes into the airport and take the escalator to the check in level. OR... you can avoid the "Pain on Pena" and get off at Tower Rd. Then go north to USAirport Parking. From E-470, take EXIT 28-B and then right on Tower Rd. We will guide you to an open spot, pick you up at your car and drop you at curbside check-in. All this in about 10 minutes! On the way home we'll reverse it and drop you right at you car and carry your bags to your trunk!

What do you say? Give US a try, and you will be glad you did!

Thanksgiving travel?

Over the river and through the woods to DIA we go! Yup, time for some figgy pudding, pumpkin pie tryptophan and another loss for the Lions. Do you think they will wear logos on their uniforms this year?!

Whether or not you managed to get a great fare sale from SWA or Frontier, don't forget about PARKING. When you leave for your trip, your family and friends will be as bust as you preparing for their guests -and will NOT want to waste their precious time driving you to DIA, and then picking you up a week later. Give 'em a break and don't rub it in. Drive your OWN car, new or clunker, to USAirport Parking because WE WANT YOUR CAR while you are away!

While you may not need a reservation, you can take the angst out of this trip and make a FREE RESERVATION to guarantee a spot. Visit our website to see about our discounts and coupons!

We'll see you next week!

Business Travelers $ave

Business travelers deserve a break, don't you think? First security sucks, second the airlines treat you like luggage and third- air travel USED to be FUN! Now, the economy has taken even MORE fun out of business travel as companies world-wide are looking for ways to reduce expenses as a way to fight the economic downturns of the last year or so. Many have significantly reduced, or even canceled business travel in all but the most crucial circumstances. USAirport Parking recognizes the value of our loyal business travelers and we are almost a year into a new discount program that helps companies save on travel, especially important NOW while many businesses are sending out the sales force to meet with customers and prospects as they budget for 2010!

With a USAirport Parking Corporate Discount Card, our business travelers save 25% off current posted rates for Covered, Uncovered or Valet parking. A company simply signs up on-line and receives log-on information that allows an admin to request discount SWIPE cards for all their employees, or to email the credentials to all the employees to request their owns cards (perfect for larger businesses!). The employee shows the card at exit and the cashiers swipes it to enable the 25% discount. We'll even send along a Frequent Parker punch card to allow your travelers to earn FREE PARKING with every visit!

We will occasionally email members with new services or special discounts, but we NEVER sell our lists or allow third-parties to email our members.

So, sign up YOUR company today; you'll receive cards in the mail within a week, and specials via email a few times a year. We promise not to overload your in box!

And feel free to allow ALL your employees to sign up, even if they only travel with their families for holidays and vacations- we want ALL your cars on out LOT!

Lost your locator slip?

Have you ever parked at the airport and lost the "locator slip" that explains where your car is parked while you were traveling? It happens much more often than you would imagine! Well, I know some lots (especiall ythe airport itself) don't issue them, but at USAirport Parking we ALWAYS give you a slip to locate your car upon return.

So today, I get an email from a gal who is in Canada and washed her locator slip accidentally. She wanted to know if we could tell her where the car is parked to save time when she returns next Tuesday. Sure Can- and did! She gave me the date and time she arrived on the lot and I was able to look up on the loading schedule where we were picking up customers that morning, and voila! I had her location in about 2 minutes. I even drove out there to be sure and then emailed her location back to her. You can imagine the time that will save over driving past 3500 cars next week to look for her "black BMW"... I'll bet we have 2 dozen of those!

That's just one example of our commitment to Extreme Customer Service. Experience it for yourself at USAirport Parking!

Airport Parking Tips
